Blowing the dust off...

 

I guess this is the blog equivalent of a barn find; it's been sitting, untouched and collecting dust, for a long time. It's unrestored, with a little patina to give it character.  Yep, it's my blog...

As I am getting ready (and excited) for the upcoming Hot Rod Power Tour, I was thinking that this might be a good place to post updates.  The debate going on in my head right now is whether it's a better choice than just posting on Facebook, but I guess I won't know until I try.  Your input is welcome on this one.  If you're interested in updates from the Power Tour, let me know how and where you'd like to see them. I can't promise you the blog posts will be consistent, or good, or interesting, but I can promise you that they will be real. 

If you're going on the Power Tour, keep an eye out for the Big Green Pontiac. I'm betting it will be the only Tropical Lime '71 Grand Prix you'll see, but it would be pretty cool to be wrong about that.
